This website is operated by HyperForm 3D Prints, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("HyperForm," "we," "us"). By visiting this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Products and pricing

All products are original designs manufactured by HyperForm in the United States. Product descriptions, compatibility lists, and images are provided as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that they are error-free. Minor surface imperfections such as layer lines or slight surface roughness are inherent to 3D printing and are not defects. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information. If we decline or cancel an order after payment, we will refund it in full. Orders can be canceled by you any time before they ship.

3. Compatibility

Our products are aftermarket accessories designed to fit specific third-party equipment identified on each product page. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility with your equipment before ordering. HyperForm is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MGI, Motocaddy, Square Golf, Clicgear, Sun Mountain, or any other manufacturer named on this site. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping policy, returns in our Refund policy, and product warranty on our Warranty page. Those documents are part of these Terms.

5. Personalized products

You are responsible for the accuracy of any personalization you submit (names, numbers, colors, sizes). Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned. You confirm that you have the right to use any text or artwork you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Intellectual property

All product designs, 3D models, images, text, and other content on this site are the property of HyperForm 3D Prints, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer any rights to its design. You may not copy, reproduce, scan, or redistribute our designs or content without written permission.

7. Use of the site

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the express product warranty described on our Warranty page, our products and this site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyperForm's total liability for any claim arising from a product or from your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damage to the equipment our products attach to, loss of use, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HyperForm 3D Prints, LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products or this site.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
