Hours
We answer chats Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern, except federal holidays. Outside those hours, leave a message in the chat and we will reply the next business day.
What to include
- Compatibility questions: your caddy or cart model and bag type. A photo of the cradle or mounting area helps.
- Order questions: your order number.
- Warranty claims: a photo of the part and a short description of what happened.
- Custom requests: what you need it to fit, and dimensions if you have them.
Returns
No need to contact us first. Ship the item back to the address on your original shipping label within 14 days of delivery. Details in our Refund policy.
