We stand behind every product we make.
90-day warranty
Every HyperForm product is covered for 90 days from delivery against failure under normal use. If a part cracks, breaks, or stops doing its job during normal use within that period, we replace it at no charge, including shipping within the US.
How to make a claim
- Message us through the Contact page or the chat on this site.
- Include a photo of the failure and a short description of what happened. We use this feedback to improve our designs.
- We ship a replacement, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
Outside the warranty
Failures after 90 days, and damage from accidents, misuse, or modification, are not covered by the warranty, but reach out anyway. We consider every case individually, and we have replaced parts damaged by errant golf shots and trunk mishaps more than once.
What normal use means
Installed according to the included instructions and used for its intended purpose on compatible equipment. Installation guides are linked on each product page.
