Ordering and shipping

How fast do you ship?
In-stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days. Made-to-order and personalized items ship within 1 to 3 business days. Typical transit is 2 to 5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship within the United States only. For bulk or club orders outside the US, message us.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, if the order has not shipped yet. Message us right away and we will update it.

Can I add or remove an item from my order?
Message us before it ships. The simplest fix is usually to cancel and re-order, which we can do immediately.

My order says delivered but I do not have it.
Check your tracking details, including any PO box on file, and ask neighbors or your building office. If it has not turned up within 2 business days, message us and we will investigate with the carrier.

My package has been stuck in transit.
Carrier facilities sometimes hold packages for several days. If tracking has not updated in over a week, message us and we will open an inquiry. Your local post office can often locate it faster than we can.

Returns and warranty

What is your return policy?
Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Ship the item back to the address on your original shipping label, no authorization needed, and we refund once it arrives. Personalized and custom-color items cannot be returned. Full details in our Refund policy.

What if my part breaks?
Every product is covered for 90 days against failure under normal use. Message us with a photo and a short description and we will ship a replacement. After 90 days, reach out anyway and we will look at it case by case. See our Warranty page.

I accidentally damaged my enclosure.
Message us. We have replaced enclosures damaged by errant shots before, and we want you to have a great experience with the product.

Golf bag stabilizers

Will the stabilizers fit my caddy and bag?
We make versions for MGI (Ai 500, Ai Navigator GPS+, Zip Navigator AT, Zip Navigator, Zip X1, X3, X5), the MGI Quad Navigator, and Motocaddy (M1, M5, M7, ME). They fit most stand bags, including BagBoy and Dynamic Brands bags with TOP-LOK. Check the product photos for leg placement and base configuration, or message us with your caddy model and bag type.

Do I need the Riser Block and the stabilizers, or just one?
Most customers only need the stabilizers. If the bottom of your bag sits below the cradle arms, you also need the Riser Block, which raises the bag 1 inch. The MGI stabilizers are available as a bundle with the riser.

Which MGI models do the Riser Blocks fit?
The Zip Navigator AT and the Ai Navigator series. MGI sells its own riser for the base Navigator, so we do not make one for it.

I installed the stabilizers and my bag still moves.
The most common cause is installing the adapters upside down. Download the installation PDF linked on the product page and check the orientation, then message us if it still is not right.

I have a cart bag with a big base.
Cart bags need our Base Extenders, which let the caddy's base arms wrap around a larger bag bottom. They supplement, rather than replace, the stabilizers.

Rangefinder holder

What size should I order?
Small, Medium, Large, or Jumbo. Print the sizing guide linked on the product page at 100 percent scale (no fit-to-page) and hold it against your rangefinder before ordering. If your device is bigger than Jumbo, choose Custom and tell us the dimensions.

Can I use it for a phone?
Yes, many customers do. Use the same sizing guide.

Does it include a remote clip?
Yes. The rangefinder holder has a built-in clip for the MGI remote, so you do not need the separate Remote Control Holder.

Which carts does it fit?
MGI, Clicgear, and Sun Mountain carts with a standard accessory mount. Message us about other carts.

Sand bottle holders

Does it come with a bottle?
The Ruggedized Sand Bottle Holder is the holder only, designed for the MGI OEM bottle, and it works even if your bottle's tab has broken off. The Sand Bottle Holder with optional bottle can be ordered with a 45 oz bottle included.

Will it fit a non-MGI bottle?
Depends on the bottle. Message us with its dimensions and we will confirm.

Square Golf enclosure

How sturdy are the leveling legs?
Very. They thread into metal inserts heat-set into the enclosure body and hold their position without wobble, with about 1 inch of adjustment.

Is it waterproof?
It is impact and scratch protection made from PETG, which handles heat and moisture well. It is not fully waterproof.

What laser fits the alignment holder?
Any standard boresight laser whose insert diameter matches the hole. A recommended model is linked after purchase.

How do I clean the Lexan faceplate?
Soap, water, and a microfiber cloth only. No Windex or harsh cleaners. A replacement faceplate is available if yours gets scratched.

I am getting non-reads with the faceplate on.
The Square Golf sensor can be sensitive to UV from direct sunlight through windows. Test with the faceplate removed, and block direct sun on the unit.

About our products

Is 3D-printed plastic strong enough?
Ours is. We use industrial-grade PETG with solid infill at every stress point, not PLA. Thousands of units are in daily use on courses across the country, and we replace the rare one that fails.

I have seen cheaper copies on Amazon.
Those are knockoffs of our designs, printed in PLA with minimal infill. We are the original designer, and we back our product with a warranty. They do not.

Can you make a part for my cart or a custom size?
Often, yes. Message us with your cart model and photos of the mounting area.

Do you offer bulk or club pricing?
Yes. Message us with the quantity and we will set it up.
